When will I receive my order?

Your order is crafted with care as part of our Print on Demand process, ensuring each item is uniquely made just for you. Standard fulfillment time typically ranges from 5-7 working days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive shipping details via email. For international orders, please allow up to 21 days from the fulfillment point.

Where will my order be fulfilled?

All orders are fulfilled at the Print on Demand production facility nearest to you. European orders are usually produced in Latvia, while US orders are processed in the USA.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn't entered production. Unfortunately, once the item is manufactured or dispatched, amendments or cancellations are not possible. We are a small, brand new business, so once the materials, labour & handling have already been paid for and processed, this is not a cost we cannot cover.

My address needs updating or has been entered incorrectly, how can I change it?

Please ensure your address is accurate before placing your order. If a change is necessary after ordering, please contact us promptly, and we'll assist you. Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs for items returned due to incorrect information. Once an order has been shipped, address amendments are not possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We ship globally. Please be aware of any import charges applicable in your country.

Which size should I order?

We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you need sizing advice, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you with any inquiries.

RETURNS POLICY (please read before ordering):

Due to the personalised nature of our items and our Print on Demand process, monetary refunds for general issues are currently unavailable. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to exchange for another size or receive store credit. Return postage costs are not covered, so please refer to our size chart before ordering. Returned items will undergo a condition check before processing store credit. If the item is faulty or a production error occurs, we're here to assist you promptly with a replacement or full refund.
